As a first time home seller, my wife and I had no knowledge of the process and didn’t know where to begin. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE! We bought are first home during the covid 19 pandemic and houses in the area we wanted to move to were ending up in bidding wars which I didn't have the cash to win.
